Refund Policy: Oak Mill Bakery does not offer refunds for custom cake orders. We reserve the right to offer any compensation or refund for any order, whether it was a custom order or an in-store purchase. Due to FDA food regulations, we cannot accept any product for return.

Design Policy: We reserve the right to use creative license in finishing our cakes, so any small variations are possible. Due to the handmade nature of our creations, all sales are final and no refunds will be given for variations in design. However, we are always concerned that our customers receive the best possible product and we welcome your feedback.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or modifications to special orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of your order.

For fondant cake orders, at least 5 business days prior to event date - if any design work has been started for your order, the appropriate fee will be deducted from your refund based on the work already completed.

For wedding cake orders, at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding date - the tasting fee/deposit is non-refundable.
